1) I cannot see all links / fields properly on my browser. |

Currently, we support Internet Explorer versions 6.0 or higher.
If you are using one of these browsers but still have a problem, please let us know.

2) Nothing happens when I click on the "Printer-Friendly" button. |
|
The Printer-Friendly page opens as a Pop-up. If your pop-up blocker is turned on, you should see a
message similar to the image below. |

To allow Pop-ups from www.talinternational.com, you must click on the message and select "Always allow Pop-ups from this
site..." |

You can always change this setting by opening the Pop-up Blocker Settings from Internet Explorer Tools menu. |

If you have already tried the steps above, but it still does not solve your problem, |
i) Check that Internet Explorer has its default Security settings. If active scripting is turned off for your browser, certain
functionality will be disabled for www.talinternational.com. We use a minimal amount of client scripts to enhance performance
and give you a better browsing experience.
ii) Certain Firewalls are known to block pop-ups. If your firewall has the Pop-up blocking or Ad-Blocking feature turned
on, you will not be able to view the Printer-Friendly pages.

3) I cannot view the Unit Technical Manuals/ Equipment Options PDF manuals. |
We store our Unit Technical Manuals and Equipment descriptions in PDF format. You should be able to view these documents
using Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is available as a free download from the Adobe website.
